Drive is our first value and is the most personal. Drive means you have resilience and grit, take initiative and hold yourself and others accountable.  You have an indomitable will to win and achieve.  It means your normal operating mode as a person is that you are pushing, striving, never content, and determined to grow and excel, both personally and professionally.
