We Love Homeowners Associations

The data shows that 66% of last year’s newly built homes in Kansas City were built inside of a home owner’s association (HOA.) Houses within an HOA sell for 5-6% more than homes without one and 30% of the US population lives in an HOA. Why is it popular to live in a neighborhood that has a volunteer board with strong representation of everyone’s interests? In our opinion – these subdivisions just look better. We excel at driving costs down on irrigation and plant replacements, sustainable turf that looks great all year and consistent quality control visits with excellent communication from a highly skilled account manager. We really do love our HOA’s and can’t thank them enough for trusting us with their properties.
